Energy Secretary Miatta Fahnbulleh approved the Jackdaw gas field in Aberdeen on Wednesday, arguing homegrown gas beats carbon-heavy imports. She told The Herald there will be no delay on the larger Rosebank decision but admitted jobs are not being created fast enough.
